Is this true?

I learned something from the news today but not sure if it's true though. A family can have two wedding a year - son marrying someone into the family and a daughter marrying someone. HOWEVER, a family CAN NOT have two weddings where two "daughters" marrying in the same year?? Otherwise, the family will be cursed with poverty rather wealth .. Reason? didn't say

Traditions and believes all made by humans, some people feels better in following these paths and easier life. The curse is for people who doesnt follow these paths and miracle open a new path in tradition.

I just asked my mum about this,she doesn't know about the second part but if the daughter n the brother has to marry in the same year,then the daughter should marry first
