lol i find this amusing for several reasons. 1st that Jack Thompson actually reads Kotaku, which IMO is one of the best sites on the internets for gaming enthusiasts. 2nd that he is targeting some random dude for his comment and trying to launch a full fledged investigation (Kyle81 must be pretty freaked out right now lol). and 3rd that there is no way the FBI would ever bother investigating shit like this... isnt it somewhere in the american constitution for free speech that u can say w/e u want about anyone else? Honestly, in the context of an internet comment you cant take this as a serious death threat. l
FBI's probably not gonna bother with the investigation. Why would they need to. It's not like that Kyle guy had anything to do with it.
