Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Restraining Order Against Stalker 12-Jan-2009 Star of “Ghost Whisperer” claims to be “threatened and harassed” by an obsessed fan. According to E! Online, the 29-year-old was granted a temporary restraining order on Monday against a 62-year-old man, David Nolte, who has allegedly been stalking her since 2007. Hewitt had requested the restraining order on Dec. 23, stating that Nolte sent her more than 120 letters. In some of the letters he made references to weapons that he owns, marring Hewitt, and described delusional and sexually-violent fantasies against the star; one of which involved Hewitt being impaled and her then fiancé, Ross McCall’s, head being blown off.
