I need a job, finding a job that would help me get a car within two or if not 3 months. finding a job is soooooo long and the most annoying fing is, is that some organisations asks you stupid questions in the interview questions like... e.g. do you like gay people? i mean wtf is that got to do with work like... is anyone else trying to find a job like me?
^ Wth......how Does Whether You Like Gay People....help The Job In Anyway..?!.. Whut Job Were You Applying To..?!?.. Looking For Jobs The One I Hate The Mosttt Is Where You Gotta Explain How/whut You Can Bring To The Company
Something Like This..?!.. Interviewer: How Are You Today..?... Flaming: Yes Interviewer: Whut Can You Bring To The Company? Flaming: Yess Interviewer: Can You Give Me An Example Where You Worked As A Team Successfully? Flaming: Yessssssh Interviewer: Why Do You Want This Job? Flaming: Yessssssssssssh HAHAHAHA
lol.. there is a phone shop in the uk called The Carphone warehouse dont know if anyone has heard of it or not but they asked me do i like gay people in the interview and i was thinking wtf is that gotta do with the job like..
^ Omg.....really.....thas Crazyy....did They Ask You With A Serious Face Or Was It A Joke Question To Make You Feel Less Nervous Or Something..?!...but Still Weird I Guess....
i dont think it was a joke but yea the second must asked questions that i really dont like is "Why should we employ you instead of other people and what can you give us to the company?" dam i hate these sorts of questions like...
Currently searching for a job. Really really hard now, since it's summer already, and everyones working already. As a student with no work experience, it's tough as hell. I don't have much connections, so it's near impossible to get one. I think I've filled out at least 10 applications and gave in 10 resumes, and I still haven't gotten one single call for interviews. My one last hope at the moment is this McDonald's that claims to be "hiring". I called up the manager 10 minutes ago, and he told me that he haven't even looked at any of the work applications. T___T What a big liar. Your not alone buddy...
^ hey agree with wot ya say about hard finding a job but yea starting off at Mc Donalds aint bad cos at least u can have the experience but the bad fing about Mc Donalds is that the pay is crap even saying that i applied for Mc donalds my self in night shifts...
I dont think that its a far fetched question due to X amount of gay ppl. Its part of the "social" skills that are required cuz as a sales rep, you have to possess an open mind in regards to anything and everything. And yes, ive heard of carphone since its one of the biggest distributor/ reseller for mobile phones n parts.
lol get u a car within a month or two? lol wow the job must pay heaps, lol i need to get a job coz i need cash, no more sprees for now :*(
^not really you can get paid a hundred or so a week, over a period of 2 months your looking at around a grand, enough to buy a working car now factor in insurance and petrol and thats another matter
LOL... I love reading these comments made by people out looking for, what is obviously their first real job. Welcome to the world, buddy. Now that you're no longer living off the parental dole, join the rest of us suckers in realizing that you're a nobody in the world of money making. I remember the first time I was confronted with a question like that, I was floored; I mean I thought getting the job was just signing my name to some form, like taking a class in school right? Fuck no. I actually had to make an impression on the interviewer by being able to communicate in proper English, articulate an understanding of what their company's main purpose was, and to state why I would be an asset to them. Inotherwords, they were basically saying: "Who the fuck are you and why should we give you a job, and not to the other dickhead standing next in line?" Now all those things that people used to tell you about how to conduct yourself in interviews come back to haunt you. Good luck, and welcome to the world of the working stiff. Oh, and BTW, the reason for the 'gay' question is, they want to ascertain if you're willing to work with others that may be cause for discrimination. That is, if you hate gays and they hire you, you may start making life miserable for those of that sexual proclivity while on the job. Your 'victims' can then sue the company for discrimination or harassment. Back in my day, replace the word 'gay' with 'black' or other 'ethnic' minority. Oh yeah, and even if you don't need to, show up in a jacket and tie, clean shaven, and without the nose ring (or other face hardware). Ralph
hkm91450 answer to your questionyea im a student from college but im sure if i can get a job full time i be able to get a car within a month or two... and if company's asks me am i ok with gay people i probably lie and say im ok with them...but to be honest i aint ok with working with gay people cos im always scared that they be watching me wen i bend over e.g. in the stock room carrying goods...
Ooo... you must be hot then... LOL... Seriously, just because someone is gay doesn't mean that they're terminally attracted to anything from the same sex. While on the job, appropriate behavior is expected from all parties, regardless of their sexual orientation. So if the stockgirl was bent over carrying goods, don't look down her shirt or up her dress, and I'm sure the queers will be expected not to admire or appraise your butt. On the other hand, if someone acts inappropriately towards you (regardless of their sexual orientation) you should rightfully make a complaint. In many instances, heterosexual women (butt ugly ones) bosses or supervisors, have been indicted for sexual harassment of the younger male employees. Ralph
May be they are gay so ask u if u were...in another means u will get the job for sure or they hate gay people so if u are one then u wont get the job even u are good... or just random crap...
