Joey Yung and Kay Tse are both hot favouritest this year to win the (Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2008 Best Female Singer Gold Award). But both of them said they didn't have much confidence in receiving the big award. Joey said if this years results are not better than last year, she will start to prepare for next year and encourage herself not to be too upset. Yesterday Joey wore 7 inch heels to attend the press conference. While being interviewed she nearly twisted her ankle. She said she was most fond of wearing high heels. Previously due to wearing high heels it caused one of her toe nails to come off. Although she is not afraid of pain but she was most worried of how awkward her facial expressions looked at the time. As for Kay Tse who is also a Hot favourite for this year's Female singer gold award. She said she will only compete with herself, the award matters will be dealt with by her record company and she will not handle them herself. "As an artist you need not calculate too much. This year is a good year for me , I have a good response in my songs. As for the Golden song award, I do not have enough experience in the industry. It will be quite a struggle if I received that award so quickly". Many people feel this year's music industry lacks many hit songs, Kay considers that it means all the artists are good and the standards have not decreased.
