TVB artist, Joyce Tang (滕麗名), had earlier signed on as a spokesperson for a breast enhancement salon. Before shooting this advertisement, Joyce had undergone three months of breast enhancement treatment to present a tight and busty effect. In order to fulfill the meaning behind this advertisement which was “bouncing up,” Joyce donned a sexy black bra and pants and jumped wildly on a trampoline for the advertisement. After filming wrapped, Joyce smiled and said, “Wow, actually jumping on a trampoline can be very challenging! Furthermore, it had to be matched with several elegant poses. Fortunately, I had already practiced for three hours prior to this so even if I am required to elegantly jump up one level’s height, it shouldn’t be a problem at all.” Joyce was initially worried that she might accidentally exposed herself while jumping on the trampoline. She revealed that before this breast enhancement, if she was required to film sexy roles, she would have to spend time to add padding or tapes to create the illusion of an “increased cup size.” However, now that she has successfully enhanced her chest, she would be rid of such troubles in the future. Joyce smiled and continued, “After shooting this advertisement, I discovered that my body looked much better, even carrying off and filling up a bra perfectly. My initial worry that I might accidentally expose myself while jumping in a bra also completely disappeared. It was an unduly worry as there wasn’t even a single slip-up. Don't get me wrong, I think she's a very capable actress. Much like how the rest of TVB's stable of Keh Leh Fehs (third tier thespians). But the reason that these exceptionally capable people don't rise to the top is their lack of looks; TVB obviously places their bet on sizzle rather than the steak. Of the people that do come upon TVB stardom, many only do so because of a pretty face, as their acting sucks, or else takes a long time in development over several series. But TVB will nonetheless support them through it. Frankly, IMHO there are a few KLF's long on the TVB roster that I feel would be leagues ahead of Joyce Tang, both in acting AND in looks.
@ralphy I really disagree i think that joyce is not only capable but very pretty .. im sorry but after so many years of watching tvb .. she is one of the ones that is on point with every series she participated in. ... she was one hell of a bad bitch in armed reactions. alright then .. tell me a few ker ler feis that is far superior then her? because right now .. all ker lei feis i can think of is definitely not better then her
ker lei feis are temp actors, the ones you hire from the streets, of course they cant be as good as joyce

For starters, how about the one that plays Doris recently in Be Home For Dinner? IMHO, she certainly looks better than Joyce, even though she's probably a bit older. Also, the one that played the part of the Empress (Life & Times of A Sentinel) sure looks a lot better. Another is the one that plays the secretary of the cooking school (Be Home For Dinner). Any of these woman could have played her roles if given the same opportunity, IMHO.
lol every role depends on the person though, like can they handle being lead or where would they take that role? Looks isn't everything lol it also depends on their ability to jump right in to that character. Like that one chick who was sammul's g/f in E.U. got casted pretty much in a big role and was universally hated by the audience. Now she is reduced to barely supporting roles. Don't know about you but I always saw her and tbh her acting skills is Meh as she is casted as either a slut or a really naive sweetheart .... And tbh if she was that great the hype around her would have Rose and not fall (personally the way I feel about her is very ... Fake (her acting) ... She always does that thing with her eyes which widens which seems like the only thing she ever does. With Doris ... Yes I agree that she is good but how bloody long has she been in tvb ... And plus ... She doesn't suit at all in any role ... Her attitude and look shouts mature and sophisticated and there's not really much roles there @ Kevin ..... I'm sorry ... What?
