I understand where he's coming from, but than I wouldn't judge the way PA system function, it must have its reasons(Probably miss reading it somewhere on the rules) -_- But for someone who just want to leech, I really wouldn't complain because you really haven't contribute to the community... It's like a person at a convenient store taking stuff without paying...
We do not have post requirements to see stuff or a reply to see requirement, unless some1 sets their own rules; which we do not encourage as it creates spam. I think he's coming from another forum and think we run like that. Just send a simple application to me.
