Tuesday January 16, 2007 Hong Kong Justin Lo + Eason Chan Fall Vitctim to Netizen's Criticism Justin Lo attended the ‘JSG Music Award Ceremony’ earlier and became a big winner, along with Joey Yung and Andy Lau, by winning 4 awards. But because of his comment ‘me again’ (乜又係我) when receiving an award, Justin has been blasted by netizens calling him arrogant, uncontrolled and lacking basic principles. A netizen even design picture of a bald-headed Justin with big words saying ‘wet Justin’ (濕田). Justin’s earlier performances at Metro and Chik Chak award ceremonies were average but at JSG, Justin took home 4 awards. Newspaper, Orisun, rewatched the award ceremony and found that Justin repeatedly said the wrong thing. When accepting the ‘Favourite Singer/Composer Award’, Justin exclaimed, “What award is this?” and then said, “I appreciate this award more than the other one (Outstanding Performance Award).” When on stage to receive his third award (4 Stages Joint - Outstanding Performance Award), Justin asked, “What’s the difference between this award and the one before?” and when coming on to stage to receive his last award (Top 10 music award), he remarked “me again?” These comments have upset many viewers. People have criticized the singer online by saying, “Stop complaining… these comments make people sick!” But despite someone netizens dissing the singer, many have also stood up for Justin to show their support for him, Another victim of netizen’s criticism, Eason Chan has been called offensive, a constant swearer, pessimistic and crazy. i just watched some of this and didn't like justin's reaction either......he just seems like the awards are nothing....making some stupid comments
i think he should be a lil bit more polite and professional when accepting the awards, why don't he just thank and say all the typical speech other singers would say...
I guees , he is just too happy ... cause he is a new star and suddenly gets so many awards ... so it is just a common mistake .... right ? no big deal

Justin is too excited of receiving those awards that he don't expected to have. He is just a so nurvous that he don't know what to say when receiving awards. He is cool and he don't like to act like other singers.
Awe...i feel sorry to the celebs...cuz everyone is like watching your everystep...but i think its just JUSTIN when he says those quotes...i dunt mind...but seriously...does those people have no life?
Phyphy, those netizen peeps have no life because they criticized Justin for being arrogant? He's a public figure receiving an award and he's making "offensive" comments, how do you expect the audience to react? You shouldn't "feel sorry to the celebs" because the "celebs" know damn-well that it's being recorded, publicized, etc. -- they should've known better.
I think ppl too free nowdays. Nothing better to do than complaining. I think should be the stress they had,
Justin should take the awards more seriously. And prepare the thank you speeches. He seem so uncaring.
a little modesty and thankfulness for a given talent never hurts, no matter what award. awards show fan, per, and colleagues' appreciation, and given back that appreciation is well needed. On the other hand, everyone has their bad and good days LOL.
