TVB series <A Fistful of Stances> cast members Kevin Cheng, Kara Hui, Natalie Tong, Yuen Chau and Nancy Wu attended a dinner reception at Tsim Sha Tsui last night. The dinner is in celebration of the rising ratings leading up to the finale on Sunday and for Kara Hui's success in becoming Film Queen at the Hong Kong Film Awards. Before the dinner started, Kara exposed that Kevin was unhappy about the ratings, Kevin said: "Well it didn't reach the stage of being unhappy, but I am a little disappointed because we had high expectations. The script is good, didn't care how the ratings are." Are you satisfied with the results? "It could be better, earlier it was low, but now it's normal. I never had series that premieres on Wednesdays, I personally feel that it was affected more or less." During an interview, Amigo Chui announced that he thanks his ex-girlfriend Natalie Tong. Towards this Natalie said: "I saw the news, I also thank him." The report also mentioned that he wanted to commit suicide, is there something related? She said: "I didn't ask him nor did he reveal anything to me. I also want to be separated, I don't want to be mentioned often by others." Will you accept his pursue again? "I don't want to because I don't want to date." Is this considered rejecting him publicly? "Don't say that about him, I just don't want to date." Nancy and Kenneth Ma were recently rumored to have broken up, Kenneth was also absent from the dinner party. Nancy said: "I just treat the news as promotion for the series. Kenneth is still a good friend of mines." Reports say that a wealthy man is interested in you? "I believe that in life, you have to count on yourself. I will not choose to go down this path, I know how to make my own money, no need for others to take care of me. The report only has 3 words that is correct, the others is completely false." The beginning does suck a bit as it is slow paced. But then you get to the low teens episodes, the pace begins to pick up and the storyline really kicks in.
