Nothing wrong with wearing high heels in early pregnancy, just has to worry about her back later on when she starts to show and her bump is heavy! I knw I wore heels in early pregnancy and was fine, just have to be careful. As for still working, nothing wrong with that also, 'normal' pple usually work til they are 7 1/2 - 8 mths pregnant before going off to maternity leave!
