Last year, Kenix Kwok and husband, Frankie Lam Man Lung were busy filming in China. As a result, the couple had little time to spend with their friends in Hong Kong. Kenix and Frankie were in Hong Kong for a few days break recently and took the opportunity to meet up with their friends Annie Man Chung Lan, Mok Ka Hiu, Raymond Cho Wing Lim, Liza Wang Ming Chuen, etc. for a barbeque dinner. Before Liza's boyfriend, Law Ka Ying left Hong Kong, Kenix had promised that she would look after "Ah Jeh" Liza, thus Liza was the guest of honor at the dinner. Early in the day, Kenix and Frankie went to the seafood shop and supermarket to buy fresh groceries, treating their friends to a big meal. Kenix did not have to prepare the food, as "star chefs" Raymond Cho and Mok Ka Hiu took over the barbeque preparation and grilling of the food. Kenix happily enjoyed eating the food with her friends. Although Liza and Kenix have never worked together before, they were surprisingly compatible. Kenix noted that both she and Liza hold a serious attitude towards work and have high expectations, thus they get along with each other.
