Yesterday, Kevin finally stood up for Niki, saying that he trust that Niki would never do something like this, and that he had called her to ask after her. He said that all three of them involved in the "love triangle" were hurt by this news and that there was no winner in this istuation. He even said that he's scared and would consider choosing someone outside of the entertainment circle as his girlfriend. On the contrary, Niki was reluctant to talk about Kevin and even said that she would like to find a loyal boyfriend in future. Less trouble choosing someone outside the entertainment circle Yesterday, Kevin Cheng was interviewed by DJ Cha Siu Yan, he said that he had been troubled by the recent spates of paparazzi attention on him. He said that he felt resigned to their reports-- if he were to smile, they would write that he's happy, if he does not smile, they would say that he has "black face". He believed that Niki, being involved as well, was faced with similar situations, hence he called her to ask after her. Asked if he felt that someone was using this rumour as a publicity stunt, he said many people had pointed fingers at Niki, but he believed that it would never be her, from his experience knowing her for so many years. He felt that everyone involved in this news had been hurt and that there was no winner from this news. But from this experience he felt that choosing a girlfriend outside of the entertainment circle would be less troublesome. He also reinforced hat he has never two-timed before. Niki wants to choose a loyal good guy Yesterday afternoon during an interview Niki said that other than work in HK, she will be working assignments in Mainland China as well. But she denied that working in China was because she wanted to leave this sad place, in fact she questioned: why was there to be sad about? I'm always working hard. Asked if she knew that Kevin was supportive of her and that whether she received a call from him? She said, why talk about him again? I won't reply. Pressed by the reporters on whether she received Kevin's call, she was elusive in her answer and replied: Many people called me during this period of time, I'm not running away from anything, but I was busy filming, so I didn't reply to calls. (So you didn't pick up Kevin's call?) No, not that I ignored everybody's calls. As if in future she would want her other half to be loyal? She said, all girls would want their boyfriends to be loyal.
