Monday September 4, 2006 Hong Kong The ratings for Kevin Cheng and Niki Chow's series, Under the Canopy of Love, has been fairly good last year. TVB currently has plans for this pair of onscreen couple to film another series. The producer Wang Sam Wai admitted that they did try to contact the two of them to act as a couple again. But they do not have the intentions to film a sequel to UTCOL since they hope to produce more creative plots. They plan to start their filming at Japan in December. Kevin also acknowledges this matter and isn't worried about the rumors, "Even if there's more rumors, it's old news. There's different couples each generation. I hope to be like Chow Yan Fat and Dodo Cheng." Niki said, "We've already been rumored together numerous times. koo..japan have nice scenario..i remember my date with a vampire 1 was film partly in japan..that atv series was good..hope this new series gonna be good too..but it will be better if they add some comedy this time..romance all the way might be too boring..=(
