Recently a magazine has said that when Kevin Cheng was filming for "Burning Flames III" he would often call for a stunts double to replace him and there's a suspicion of him "not willing to do" the scene. Yesterday during filming when the issue was brought up, he did not seem happy: "Originally I did not want to respond, but the Producer told me to so I am doing so, because I have a heart problem and when the temperature gets too high, I get high blood pressure. One time I could not stand it, I had trouble breathing and could not even eat. I hurried and told a stunts double to replace me for the Wild Shot, so that the filming does not get interrupted." Actually Kevin has always had weak blood pressure for 6 years, his mother also is very worried, she would often tell him if he cannot stand it, say something. Kevin stressed: "I'm not afraid of the work being laborious, the stunts double has only replaced me once, (Unhappy that people are criticing your professionalism?) This is just to discipline your EQ, every wrong you do, there will always be people saying things." Source: Oriental Daily Translated by: aZnangel @ http://******************/forums/
if he is legit about it, it dose not matter to me, if he does not want to risk his health he has the right to do that
From the extreme sports he seems to like, i'd doubt he'd miss an opportunity to do his own stunt unless he seriously couldnt. And missing doing 1 stunt is nothing compared to how many he has to do throughout the whole series, media is obviously stirring up trouble again!
