Clearly an indication of abused youth laws!!! I advocate youth laws, but I hate the fact that nowadays youth know the content of the laws that protect them and used this to their advantage to harass adults who respect these laws and blame for endangering the welfare of a so called "innocent" youth. Another Eg. Look at the statistics of the crime performed by the American youth; These youth are not dumb; they know that American laws favorably support the youth. The word, GUILTY, is up to the defendants to prove, and usually this is very hard to prove unless you have strong evidence to prove that the youth started the whole thing and provoke you to act.
