Monday August 20, 2007 Korea Kangta, whose real name is An Chil-hyun, says that he may join the army in early 2008 in a Korean TV show, 'Heart to Heart' on August 17. He will release a Korean album later this year. Kangta is now filming a drama in China. The drama also stars Chinese actress Eva Huang. Korean guys have to serve their military duties after the age of 18. Many Korean pop stars have joined the army such as Won Bin, Song Seung Hun, Jang Hyuk, and So Ji Sub. credits: asianbite.
