Lady Knight Barbie Hsu Protects Louis Koo Barbie and Louis both felt a little pity for their little actual time together onscreen in ‘Connected’ - their first cooperation last year and wished they would have a chance to get more screen together in their next collaboration. Finally, they got their wishes. Barbie and Louis act as a couple in Wong Jing’s new ancient comedy movie ‘Forbidden City Cop: Smart Dog’ which is recently in filming process. In the piece, Barbie plays Xi Wang - a lady knight who is a kung fu expert and very smart while Louis plays Smart Dog - a head of the twelfth secret agents of the Imperial Palace who actually does not know any kung fu, only throws himself into the invention of weapons. With the evil force in the dark tries to get rid of Smart Dog in order to go on with its wicked plan of taking over the Emperor power, Xi Wang has to protect Smart Dog all the time. Still busy with other movie project, Louis temporarily has not joined the crew yet. Louis stated that Barbie always gives him an impression of a quite refined and gentle lady, it’ll be interesting to see the other side of Barbie in comedy genre. Therefore, Louis hopes to meet up with the movie team to begin shooting as soon as possible, to have a look at Barbie’s performance.
