The Him Law (羅仲謙) and Tavia Yeung (楊怡) car photo scandal has been the talk of town for the past few days. Tavia was supposed to show up to film the new series, A Great Way to Care 2 <仁心解碼2 >, with Alex Fong (方中信 ). However, she called in sick and was unable to attend the event. When Alex was asked about the incident, he joked, “So many people called me this morning and asked about this incident. I asked them if they want Tavia’s number to call her directly. She couldn’t make it today, so I am actually the victim because we couldn’t film two scenes!” He continued to joke, “I’m not her friend, so don’t take pictures of me!” Addressing Alex’s comments at the press conference, Tavia responded, “I will make it up to him and I will definitely continue to film the series. I won’t hide from it!” Moses Chan (陳豪 ) was also pulled aside during a radio interview yesterday to ask about how he felt about the car scandal. Moses also joked, “If it was me, I would let the paparazzi shoot photos of me acting normally. I think trying to hide makes the situation look worse.” When the reporters told Moses that Tavia had some substance on her lips, Moses turned red and said, “No way!” and he continued to say that Him was only being a gentleman to drive Tavia home. As Tavia’s rumored ex-boyfriend, many were curious to know how Lai Lok Yi (黎諾懿) felt about the incident. Lok Yi indicated that he did not see the reports or the photos yet and said, “It’s not a big deal. Him was only driving Tavia home.” Responding to reporters pointing out that Tavia was on Him’s lap, Lok Yi said, “The Tavia that I know doesn’t act like that usually. She probably had too much to drink and didn’t feel well. Just let her clarify it.” The reporters continued to grill Lok Yi by saying that Tavia’s position on Him’s lap did not look appropriate and he said, “I didn’t see the photos yet, so no comment. But regardless, it doesn’t reflect upon the artist.” Artists like Alex and Moses are trying to joke off the seemingly embarrassing photos while Lok Yi, the rumored ex-boyfriend, tries to maintain a calm and neutral position.
