Since Amigo Choi was allegedly assaulted his girl friend Elizabete Kwong on 22nd December, he has been staying at home apart from reporting to the police station. He refused any outside contact. His friends are very worried that he may have emotional problems. TVB general manager Stephen Chan disclosed that Lam Kin Ming, chairperson of "Joyful mental health foundation" has offered a helping hand. Amigo's friends are also concerned about his psychological well being, they often go to his house to support him.

Stephen revealed that Amigo went to the police station two days ago, and he will go there again at the end of the month. He went on to say that Amigo hasn't been out at all since the incidence. Stephen suggested to Amigo to take a walk outside, but Amigo is still having emotional problems. Stephen added that friends of Amigo are very worried about him, they visit him at home, hoping to offer him some support. In particular, Lam Kin Ming had contacted him and suggested that Amigo needs counseling at this time.

It has been over two weeks since the incidence and Amigo hasn't openly explained the details of the alleged assault. Stephen said due to the incidence is still being processed, it is not appropriate for him to make any comment.

Amigo's work has been suspended indefinitely. Originally there was plan to release the new program "Big Boys Club" in the second season, but now, it will be released earlier instead of "My name is Bong".

Amigo's former girlfriend Natalie Tong had an interview with the New Metro yesterday, she said she hasn't contacted Amigo, but she believed if there is any new development about the case, she will be told, and the company will clarify everything too.

Elizabete on the other hand has told the media that she hopes the new year will bring a new beginning. She is going to forget everything and stay calm.
