ok, tv doesn't have a headphone jack and its connected to hdmi how do i make this possible with hdmi?
so what do you want to do? you want to connect headphones to your LCD tv but it doesnt have a Headphone jack? u can connect the HDMI to your surround sound system eg. the amp, that will have a headphone jack.
do you mean that theres no sound from the tv, because ur computer is connected to the tv through hdmi and theres no audio port? if so only way is to hook up some speakers to your computer
oic.. xbox.. ehh? xbox360 right? i don't know.. it should have sound output using hdmi.. go to settings? soz i don't own xbox360.. i only own a ps3..
uhhh i think u should look at the ps3 thread on how to connect with the computer monitor? dunno your question is quite...vague. u blazed or what hahahhaa..
well for the ps3 thread.. ppl connected using other speakers... as in like a 2.1 surround system that you buy separately.. which would cost ang more money the other thread that person had a Acer Monitor which is made for computer.. which had no speakers
lcd tv has no headphone jack , i want to use xbox with hdmi , what do i need so i could use headphones
isn't there like a headphone jack or something on the xbox360 or some special headphones that you have that will be able to use on the xbox360 :laugh2:
i assume currently u have tv linked to xbox via hdmi and tv has no headphone output so u can't use headphones do u have like an amp/mixer that had headphone output? (the amp/mixer needs to have hdmi input/output btw) assuming u have that then u connect xbox to amp, and another cable from amp to tv then ur tv u can mute, and control sound via the amp pricewise for amp, i got no idea as i haven't been looking... but given current economy, should be cheap =)
isnt there a component out on the xbox? nt too sure, cause if there is surely there is a setting to use Composite for sound and then gt one of those Composite(male) to 3.5mm(female) jack things
get an amp and an extra HDMI cord plug your xbox into the amp via HDMI then plug your amp into the TV with another HDMI cord and then plug your speakers and your headphones into the amp why buy a whole new TV lol
that was my orig solution see~ =D lol well supposedly stuff here in aussie are getting cheaper meant to stimulate ppl buying more but the stuff i want isn't any chaper =(
