Yes, I have it....I think it's a good start, but it won't give you the full scope of the language....
i listened to pimsluer cantonese the very last chapter in the last series to get a scope of what it teaches and dang i was unimpressed because by the end of the program it teaches words even a 4 year old would know in the initial language. but none the less its a good start in understanding the language.
LOL Haha. Well, for me, I have a pretty good control of Cantonese. What I am lacking is putting words together with speed and accuracy for slang usage. If you want to learn more modern and current terms, especially HK slangs, then I suggest you download radio shows. One program that I'd highly recommend is 笑談廣東話 ... You can download it from HK forums, or just google search it, and something should come up. It's hilarious!
