Friday September 8, 2006 Malaysia (Mingpao Newsletter) Wang Li-Hong (Leehom Wang) is currently filming for Li An's (Ang Lee) new movie, "Se, Jie (Lust, Caution)" (TBA: Lao Yi De Gu Shi). There was a scene where Leehom had to run down a flight of stairs and was cornered by a prostitute. Because Leehom had been doing the actions wrongly, the director told him to re-do the scene at least 20 times. When he had to to run toward the female lead (Tang Wei) revealing a regrettable expression on his face, he failed to do it perfectly and also NGed 20 times. In total, Leehom had NGed 40 times. Leehom had ran up and down the flight of stairs for at least 20 times, and it wasn't until Leehom became really sweaty and tired when Ang Lee accepted the shoot. Having so many NGs, is it because Leehom is being extremely nervous to cause his acting skills to lack professionalism or is Ang Lee requiring too much? credits: mingpaonews, asianfanatics.
Oh I didn't know LeeHom was going to be in this new movie.....that's really great for him..but I feel bad that he messed up 40x....
