I have been told by friends in HK that downloading and view all these HK movies and dramas are illegal. There are people who have been sued by the film industries. Any clues anyone?-detect

illegal? heck most things in the world is illegal. Cause after all the ones making the laws are the big companies with the big money to buy the politicians they want. But think of it this way. By downloading ur supporting the ISP, blank cd, and hard drive industries. So in a way downloading is good.

As far as I know Canada is not sueing ppl for dling, but only for sharing files. It's stupid since most ppl use BT. Either way, dling is ethically wrong, but if the gov. doesn't do anything than it's all cool. Make sure u don't dl american stuff since they will chase u down no matter where u are. Some dude in Richmond BC got sued for sharing american files on his site.
