Leonardo DiCaprio as Hugh Hefner? by Scott Weinberg | July 13, 2007 We already know that Brian Grazer is producing and Brett Ratner is directing "Playboy," a big-screen bio-pic on Hugh Hefner -- but is Leonardo DiCaprio now on board to star? That's what The Guardian is reporting. Well, at least that Leo is "in talks" for the Grazer / Ratner collaboration. An unnamed source says "Leo thinks it would make a great movie and Hugh would love Leo to do it - on the condition that Hugh is alive to see it." Which I guess is another way of saying "Leo will do it if it doesn't take five years to get off the ground." The Guardian does mention an "unauthorized" made-for-TV Hef bio-pic from a few years back, but this would be the first time the magazine tycoon's story made it to the big screen. Expect a big ensemble cast and (almost definitely) an R rating. the first mistake was getting Brett Ratner as your director... *sigh*
Ihhhh...somehow Leo just don look like Hugh he is more of a dead serious face like in Titanic and Aviator...I am very sure they could find someone that looks more alike if ya get wat i mean....BUt, Hollywood make up could turn a 60 year old to 30 so wat say Leo to Hugh....-rockon
after seeing the departed..i started thinking he was good...and a few of his old flicks were decent...
