90 days in jail but she'll probably serve less than 30 days...and 90 days of more rehab She'll be having her own place, away from the rest of the prisoners. Saw that work fck on her middle finger...lol
I like this judge...bitch, you can cry all you want but I'm going to put your crack ass in jail, more than the prosecutors recommended 30 days..90 days. Wonder if she'll change after this... It's way overdue. I don't understand why all these celebs are getting special treatment yet ppl aren't speaking up. As Lindsay, I don't get what's wrong with her .. fu-king her life up like that .. pointless. Having fun is one thing but this .. just stupid.

Because I was the original poster and I just love HK. I beg to differ; if one listens carefully to the Judge as she read the sentence, there are actually three separate 30 day jail terms, each to run consecutively (ie. one after the other). She is also mandated to spend 90 days as an inpatient in rehab. So taken together, half a year in her life is gone. It would have been fitting also if the judge noted her "FU" nail work and then charged her with contempt of court, and given her even more jail time, but that's probably too much to hope for. -roflyawn
