losing weight in 2 months

    anyone have any tips on losing 20 pounds in 2 months?

    thats about 10 pounds in each month i guess
    things ive been doing:
    • I have Karate for two hours on Tuesdays and Saturdays
    • doing 70 cruchess a day
    • 30 push ups

    i havent seen much result but i felt a lot better after starting these but two months till school starts and hoping to lose 20 more pounds quick

    it will be helpful if anyone can give me some tips cause i dont want to look bulky like body builders just lean and cut

    Well... You gotta eat right, get enough nutrition for your body for your workouts. Protein, some carbs, fiber, glucose and sodium levels control, etc.

    Do less weights with more reps for the cut and lean shape.

    If you want to lose 20 lbs, that's not hard. Do about 30 minutes of cardio a day. Just run like 2 miles and with the proper workouts and diet. You should reach it in 2 month no problem.

    gots to do lots of cardio, not eating fat, and not sitting on your chair that much to post on PA lol, that would get you fat.

    Or get one of those exercising machines and do cardio while you posting on PA lols.

    Lol....when i see this 2 diets came to my mind one is from Kath and Kim(a tv series), called the Air diet where you eat nothing but air or the cheese diet from ma fren, don eat anything and when you feel like fainting eat a block of cheese hhahahaa Just kidding

    Anyways, back to ur thread well since ur a guy eat heaps of meat and vege and drink lots of water so there would be high protein and fibre.....

    it should work, considering I was following those steps and I've lost 40 pounds in 2 and half months.

    losing weight or losing fat?
    cause your probebly gaiing weight with those kinds of excersices

    Cardio burns off the fat, Protein is for repair muscles. When you build muscles, the muscles burns off more fat even when you are just sitting or sleeping. He wants to build muscles and lose fat at the same time. Cardio and muscle workout will burn off fat and at the same time looks built, cuz no one wants to look super skinny right?

    pretty much what the other members said, but be carful of what you're doing when you're working out. Doing push-ups and other stuff, e.g. lifting weights, doesn't help you lose pounds, it just makes you more muscular xD Just a little reminder ;)

    Apparently, those workout balls are good exercise while sitting down. use one instead of a chair.

    yea. it should work...it needs motivation, etc etc, like China signature...to lose 1 pound you gotta cut 3500 calories a week...

    looks like 2 different people ..father and son combo???

    China's loss of weight wasnt' just all cardio, he built muscle, although he probably overworked himself cuz 40lbs in 2 months is insane and dangerous in his weight range... he probably lost a lot of muscle(about 10lbs of muscle), but was able to balance it out in the end with weight training and protein intake...

    20lbs in 2 months can be done, lean and cut however is all a matter of perspective... it totally depends on ur current weight and muscle mass... since we dont' know that, we can't be sure if its possible... the exercise ball mentioned above is a great idea... 70 normal crunches won't do u a lot of good, abs are like every other muscle, u gotta add weight to it; but 70 crunches on the exercise ball and some weights will do u a lot of good...

    you are right, what I did was extreme training which I wouldn't recommend others do. Usually a healthy weight loss a week is average 1.5lb-2.5lbs. The first 10lbs of weight you lose will be quick considering it'll be mainly water weight. A normal person will probably burnout at my intensive training but then again, I've been eating right, resting right, lack of stress and workout right.

    Common mistake people makes in the gym is they do not workout right, they can be in the gym for hours and not working on the right muscles. Being cut is the hardest part in weight training, because it's very easy to be bulky but takes time to become cut without losing all the muscles.

    it's not photoshop because I've been like that. I've been a skinny guy, a fat guy and now a muscular guy.

    the pictures look extreme, if in fact true, then it must have took a few years. Definitely, not in two months.

    Lol...good on ya MIC and there you were telling me no chick wants ya....I think now you could be the one choosing and honestly if you can't find chicks in ur town just move. The girls i know here are quite easy targets man -tongue2 somehow all of them wants boyfren cos everyone has one...So,MIC you show those girls ur popeye muscles hehehe...

    oh to look that cut of course it's not only 2 months, lol for two months, you can lose 20lbs but not become that muscular. at least 1-2 years depending on how you workout and how consistent you are.

    actually, that picture isn't me lol... I'm just setting an example. =P hehe my six pack isn't as cut as his yet but I should get there in about 2-3 months. I'm asian not a white guy =P
