It's somewhat plausible because the "Hong Kong celebrity footballers"(as they call themselves) are notorious for being "players" who sleep with Miss Hong Kong contestants and girls who just want to get connections in the Showbiz. One of my friend went for Miss Hk before and she was asked whether she would like to go to Alam Tang and Eric Tsang's hotel room to get "aquainted" and accompany them in having some alcohol in one of the qualifying rounds and she didn't get pass that round.
