Maggie's character frequently curses at Simon Yam Tat Wah, who acts as a tabloid reporter. The role was quite challenging and Maggie said she was not used to cursing in every line of her dialogue. Maggie laughed, "It's not easy being a strong Madam!" Lam Shuet, another actor whom is a favorite with Johnny To, also sports a refreshing role in the movie. He is a thief who loves to snack. He even resembles cartoon character, Garfield, when he eats!
