I want to try burn/make a karaoke CD that can play on a pretty old machine (It can read CDV, CD, and LD).

So far I have used Nerovision to make a Video CD with the mpg/avi/dat files and the machine couldn't read the CD.

Anyone know of any good ways?

Whenever you put the .dat file in the VCD compliant section it should analyze the file. Then you just burn it.

If the you have already done all of that and it doesn't work, then I would say your player doesn't play CDR's.

^I think that might be the case. Although it can play CD+G discs, but I don't know how to make those
