Georgia--- An Athens man wanted a parking spot badly enough to hit two people with his car to get it, police said. Ross Campbell was standing in a parking spot holding his 3-year-old son when Richard Junkins pulled up in a Ford Mustang, Athens-Clarke County police said Sunday. "Campbell refused to move and Junkins, after an exchange of words, continued pulling in the space," police spokeswoman Hilda Sorrow said in a statement. Junkins hit the man and the child, causing them both to land on the hood of his car, police said. Neither Campbell nor his son was injured in the incident Saturday afternoon, police said. Junkins was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, according to police. He later posted $22,020 bond and was released, a jail spokesman said. Campbell, declined to comment on the incident when contacted by the media on Monday. Source
^ Lol. I always wanted to help my family by standing at a spot, reserving.. then wait for the car to come park. Now i know i wont do that.. dont wanna get hit by a car. LOL.
I won't say they deserved it but it is annoying as hell like stated. WHO DOES That anyway! (Not moving when getting run over)
both are at fault imo. the man that hit him was an asshole, but then again.. if they're standing at a parking spot trying to reserve a spot for their friend or something.. they totally deserved. nothing more annoying than idiots doing that.
