At Myolie Wu’s (胡杏兒) wedding last month, Mandy Wong (黃智雯) was the lucky recipient of the bridal bouquet. On whether Mandy was hoping to become a bride herself this year, she laughed and said, “I don’t think so…heard from people in my parents’ generation that this year is not an auspicious year for marriage.” Mandy then revealed that she was actually not fully certain about the time of her birth (which is very significant in Chinese tradition).
