Manga vs Anime

people start to read any manga and once they finish reading they like it and then they wanna watch the anime and realize that in amine there's something missing from manga or something was added that manga doesn't have so after reading manga and watching anime what do u like the most: manga or anime?

 

I perfer the manga. There aren't things like fillers that waste your time, the worst the artist can do is just take a while to release the next chapter. But watching it after isn't a bad thing, there's some different stuff in them sometimes that give you a good kick for the humour that the anime might have that the manga didn't have.

 

I perfer manga. Some Animes do not finish the story and ends with an open ending... Plus Animes are dumbed down a lot wear as manga is uncut and usually a way better storyline...

 

I guess FMA would be the one anime that I really enjoyed. The ending was really nice.

 

I prefer Manga because I can read past a chapter quite fast than wait an Ep go past and is all talks and no action >< and Manga don't have any filler x3

 

I prefer manga titles, simply because I can read them faster - makes my life at both work and home easier =P xD

 

most people feel the same with films- once they read the book they think the film's poop lol
im not really a manga person- so anime for me thanks, no need to turn the pages or anything- just sit back and relax

 

sometimes i prefer manga and sometimes anime because in manga u have to imagine everything like charaster's personality, their voices, the environment, sounds... and those things make u feel into the story and anime shows u everything and u dont have to imagine anything because the characters are so lively

 

I suppose doing both would be good, that way you know more about the character like the voices and such like lara_mey said.
The manga goes at such a faster pace, and you don't need to flip pages, get it off the internet and all you need to do is click your mouse!

Well, we picture what we want the chracters voices to be if we read the manga don't we? So it's more of a personal preference to the voices.

yeah sometimes is disappointing not hear what we expect to hear!

 

It creeps me out sometimes, where you have a masculine voice for a guy and the anime dishes out this really girly voice done by, well a woman no duh.
Totally destroys my image of the character.

 

Usually the manga since it is pure canon. The best idea in my opinion for a good anime is to wait for the manga to finish and follow it exactly page by page so you don't have to stall like crazy or make fillers.

 

yup in animes the majority of men are drawn using female models, sometimes i wonder if these artists are gay or just plain weird

Hi Lara...Lol...I'd prefer manga. xD! I'd prefer to know what's the latest thing thats happening in a series and Anime is obviously slower even if you can see the action with your own eyes when watching tv.

 

I prefer the manga but i would like to see it animated after reading it since the animation does add a bit more detail sometimes...

I start off with the anime, then read the manga, since it's a lot faster to go through.

But it's interesting to see how the manga differs from the anime, and the fight scenes are ofc better in anime.
