Is it possible to be married but living separately? Any foreseen problems / issues that will arise with it?
why would you get married if you are not going to live together? is it for citizenship status? that's the only reason why I would see anyone would do it like this. People have done it, but it'll probably raise a lot of questions. edit: oh i guess if you guys have work in different parts, then I guess it would be alright, but you're not giving any specifics so I'm assuming you guys are in the same region.
No no it's not me. It's my best friend. He's currently working overseas and girlfriend back in hometown. GF doesn't like there and not going to move. He's at lost and was wondering what advice should I give him?
lol the "friend" situation in that case, it's real easy it break it off, esp overseas, just not the same anymore. advice is: either he keeps convincing, or the two have to compromise and settle down. otherwise why keep wasting time if u dont share the same goal?
I personally don't believe in LDR .. too many posts about it already .. anyway, if it's on the gf/bf stage, break it off cuz things will change over time. If it's marriage stage, i think the wify or hubby should go where ever afford them the opportunities for work. There is no compromise when it comes to building a family where $$ is an issue.
oh... my friend signed all the paper work to get married so that his girl can stay in the country... but they didn't have the matrimony and lived apart coz their family thought they weren't ready to be a real married couple... 2 yrs later they ended up in divorce... *sigh* the funny thing was they never got checked up from the department of immigration -shrug
^ that depends on where you live .. in the US .. there's a high chance .. ppl here are very cautious about it especially since the downturn of the econ .. lol .. who wanna come to the us anyway these days .. didn't you read that amer ppl are entering china illegally .. lol
lol... yeah i read that article u posted... normally the immigration is pretty strict over here in australia too... i don't know why my friend didn't get checked... and a few weeks ago this asian chick applied to marry a grandpa and got denied

to a girl yes... even a kiss is cheating according to them... but i understand to a lot of guys (not all) it's not... having sex with a girl who he isn't emotionally attached to is like masturbating only better...
