For those that are lazy to read, it's based on..health care, education, culture, environment and infrastructure.

Australia and Canada dominant in the top 5.. :salute:

Nice, and my sister in law and her husband who is originally from there just moved to LA, CA last year...only because she didn't like it there...selfish is all I have to say and stupid.

Good to see that there are cities that are livable.. unlike most parts of California and New York, where living expenses are getting higher and higher while the wages still the same. Same goes for Vancouver, BC.

Time to think of moving :shifty:

Saw the report earlier; Vancouver, CA is on top 5. But strangely, I have a friend that is still living on daddy's money. He's 50 years old and has 3 degrees - Accounting, Finance and Political Science from USA. He lives in Vancouver but claim its impossible to live there - 0 jobs and high cost of living (homes / apts) etc.

Anyone from Vancouver, CA care to comment?

When it comes to living, if you can get a good job, than that's it.

Don't matter if all the other things are great, if you have no money or hard to find jobs in those locations, it a bust.
