Melissa Ng's pregnancy revealed! Today is Melissa Ng's 35th Birthday and sometime before she went overseas to celebrate her birthday, she had an interview with Mingpao magazine. She revealed that she was married six years ago and she is now pregnant which is due sometime in July. She is married to a guy called Jerry who works as an investor. Melissa Ng is different from the other fadans as she only became famous and more successful after her marriage. Her popularity shot up instantly after her series in 2005, like Healings Hands 3, Into Thin Air, Fantasy Hotel, and in 2006, La Femme Desperado and Love Guaranteed. She says that she hopes that she can do well in both her career and relationships, and working in the entertainment circle, she chose to keep her relationships and her life-partner low-profiled. Though she sometimes find it difficult and tiring, she thinks it is still worth it. After filming in mainland for Master of Tai Chi last year for more than four months, she wants to have children. She says, leaving HK for such a long time, she suddenly had that thought of having children. Her husband and her then started preparing but they did not have any plans, just kept on trying. And now, she is finally pregnant and she thanked the God for the 'present'. After knowing that she is pregnant, she rejected many series to rest and prepare for her baby. But she still goes overseas and even America to visit her relatives. She also added that she hopes that her baby will be healthy, and whatever character he/she has is not that important. Asked if she will continue filming, she answered that for the first few months she will stay at home with her baby to bond the relationship between them. When she is not working, she hopes to be like any ordinary mother. Money can never buy their relationship. Melissa has been with her husband for 11 years. They trusted one another and worked hard for their dreams, while supporting one another. To her, her husband is a very smart and ambitious guy. When they are dating, he was a very good boyfriend, and when they are married, he was a very good husband. And now that Melissa is pregnant, she believed that her husband will be a very good father too. Her husband has also taught Melissa to have confidence in other people. Melissa also agreed that she is like any woman who thinks that money is important as it can bring convenience and that she can buy lots of thing . But money can never buy the 11 years she and her husband spent together and the memories they had. Besides, the media always writes that her husband's company is worth $4 billion but that number is not correct, as for the real value, she will not say because she doesn't want to feel like she is showing off and doesn't want his husband to be in the news. Melissa and her husband's wedding was held in Tai Bei and it was very grand. (refer to the last picture) Her husband had planned it well and everything was what she had always wanted it to be. On that day, she told herself that she would not cry, but when he was saying the vows to her, she did have some happy tears.
