He drove his car into the back of a taxi. Although there were no casualties, the police detected that Michael Tse had more than 1.5 times the allowed alcohol percentage in his blood. Because Michael is clearly feeling sorry, is a hard worker and the chance is low that he'd commit the same offense again, he'd been sentenced a fairly low sentence. (he's also lucky that he didn't made this mistake this year, because HK made a very strict law against drunk driving.
