Miriam are being seen by media as in a higher position than her husband Real. Miriam rebutted, "What others perceive may not mean the truth. I'm older than him but his brain is bigger than mine." She said as an artiste's husband or wife, the pressure is bigger than normal people, but her relationship with Real does not have problems. Recently when Real responded about Miriam earning 30 million for selling her house and said he's not under pressure because he's a smart guy himself. Miriam praised her husband, "He has to be quick-witted to be able to communicate with me." Miriam is busy and has not enough time to rest. She only met her husband thrice this month. Being a small rich married woman, she can actually reduce on work. But Miriam replied, "No, I must treasure being an artiste and cannot reject jobs often. I'm on this show to help voice out for Hong Kong women, and talk about Hong Kong guys and dating guys. (You are married now and shouldn't date guys?) Then I'll talk about giving birth."
