Miriam & Raymond Go Bag Shopping 18 December 2008 Miriam Yeung (楊千嬅) and Raymond Lam (林峯) were among the guests at the opening of a Gucci showroom yesterday. The new range of products from the high-end designer was showcased and a charity sale was held to raise money for Unicef. To show her support, Miriam bought a handbag for HK$37900. The show was hosted by the PR company owned by Miriam's rumoured boyfriend Real Ting (丁子高), but as soon as Miriam arrived, Real seemed to disappear. Asked about this later, Miriam smiled and laughed off the questions from the reporters. When quizzed further about whether or not they were avoiding each other in public, Miriam smiled that she did not know what was happening and they had different responsibilities at the event. Miriam was then asked if she will be buying a gift for Real, but she replied that the only man she would buy gifts for is her father. Asked if she was angry at Andy Hui (許志安) for poking fun at her relationship with Real and bringing it back into media focus, Miriam laughed that she must thank him for giving her such a great Christmas gift. Raymond also spent over HK$40,000 on three bags and he explained that he wanted to make a donation and help the children. Juno Mak (麥浚龍) was also at the event and he revealed that he will be shooting a short film next year to raise money for charity. He added that he hopes to set up his own charitable fund in the next two or three years. Asked if he will be asking his good friend Gillian Chung (鍾欣桐) to star in the film, he replied that has not decided yet. Source: Batgwa
