Miriam Yeung collects prestigious watches Miriam Yeung as the spokesperson for "SEIKO" attended its shop "SEIKO Boutique" opening ceremony at Causeway Bay yesterday. She was given a pair of "lovers" watches as present. Miriam said she won't give them away because she wants to keep them for herself. Miriam admitted that she is greedy as she has collected over 30 watches, including one from her boss Peter Lam who gave it to her as a birthday present when "Moonlight Resonance" was first shown. Among her collection, her most expensive watch is worth 6 figure sum of money and the cheapest watch was by a sponsor. Reporter asked if her fee is over few million HK dollars. Miriam replied saying that she hasn't got the "qualification" to request for that amount, she only gets the going rate. Miriam revealed that she seldom wears "lovers" accessory and she has never worn 'lovers" ring too, but she will wear her wedding ring. The reporter asked if Real Ding has given her a watch. Miriam changed the subject and said "I have too many watches, no more, let's not talk about it." Having said that, Miriam admitted she has given her family and the work colleagues watches as gift, but not to Real. When she was asked when is she planning to get married? Miriam reacted quickly "Big deal, I am not in a position to say, wait till heaven decides." Miriam will be busy working on two films later on and she will be working with Sammi Cheng and Andy Lau in one of the movies.
