She has personally designed 12 rings for the charity. Miriam admits that she has good rapport with the hospital, and when she was asked to be their Ambassador, she agreed straight away. For the purpose of the charity, Miriam also designed 12 rings to add on to their fund raising plan. She also had some posters done for the promotion. Miriam suggested that wearing a ring has the meaning of commitment. She hopes people will buy the ring and commit themselves to donate for the charity. Miriam said "You donate more to charity, you feel more beautiful."
