Miriam's first album in Amusic has finally released. Other than the songs all chosen by Leon Lai, the album cover production was also arranged for Miriam, showing that Leon is very concerned about her new album. Miriam praised Leon for his good administrative work! Yesterday, Miriam went to the radio station to promote her new album. As this is the first album released after she has joined a new company, Miriam hopes that it can give a brand new and bright feeling and hence suggested Leon to let her go outdoors for the shoot of the album cover in order to add a bit of sunshine feel to it. Leon arranged her to go out at 5am to get shots of the sunrise. In the end, Miriam had to get ready at 3am and didn't get to sleep the whole night. At first she was worried that rain will hinder the shoot, but luckily they finished shooting by 10am and got to eat breakfast. Miriam didn't understand why she had to shoot at such an early time and asked the management people. They explained Amusic's no matter music, sun and people have to be energetic, therefore the shoot was chosen to be in early morning. Miriam said, "Leon as an artiste and as an administrative personel is 2 different person. He has his opinions.(Was Leon present at the shoot?) No, he was filming in China." When asked if Miriam is worried about her album sales, she replied, "It seems OK! Leon said reports have been done and told me I can tell reporters that the sales is better than the previous.(Does Leon has any golden words for her?) No, he said very practical things. He's very proper in doing business." Miriam then said it was also good to shoot in the morning because she's afraid she would get heat stroke when it's too hot. And if she fainted while the new songs are not yet recorded, she would have a bad timew. Miriam said Leon is very concerned about her new album and personally chose the songs and photos for her. There was once when Miriam was late for recording and Leon also knew about it. This shows that Leon likes to do things himself and is very serious about work, worth people's respect and admiration.
