ermm as a law student id like to say every single legal system in every country is flawed... no police force will be like the TV programmes.. police aint as hard working as u think they are lol.. so unless it was a major bank robbery at the Bank of ENgland (even though I don't think there's money is stored there) the police wouldnt work as hard as say paedophiliac cases
