For weeks, Moses Chan (陳豪) and Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) were reported to be getting married due to the bride’s pregnancy. The couple finally tied the knot in a romantic wedding celebration in Paris, France. Aimee made the wedding announcement on June 12 and shared four wedding photos with the media. According to Apple Daily, Aimee and Moses had registered for their marriage in May. The couple arrived with their parents in Paris for a five-day, four-night destination wedding celebration on June 9. The total costs of the wedding were estimated to be $3 million HKD, which included airfare, hotel, bridal gowns, rings, a wedding planner, and floral arrangements. Aimee wore a Lanvin wedding gown that cost $68,200 HKD. Designed by Alber Elbaz, the shoulder-less gown featured elegant embellishments and a large bow in the back. She wore matching diamond stud earrings and a large diamond ring. In the evening reception, Aimee wore a loose black evening dress, which showed a thickening waist. Most of the photos featured only Aimee’s top torso, which may be intentional to hide her rumored three-month pregnancy. Among their friends from the entertainment industry, only Heidi Chu (朱凱婷) and Priscilla Chi (戚黛黛) attended the wedding ceremony. Aimee was Heidi’s bridesmaid when she got married in 2010. Many of the couple’s friends can only send their congratulations via Weibo until Aimee and Moses return to Hong Kong. Moses’ ex-girlfriend, Bernice Liu (廖碧兒) wrote, “Congratulations and all the best for you!” Aimee’s Forensic Heroes 3 <法證先鋒3> co-star, Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), whom she shared romantic rumors with, said, “You are the sunshine of Mo’s eyes! So happy for you!!” Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) wrote, “I wish you forever joy and happiness! You’re a match made in heaven!” Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯) said, “I was very happy to see this joyous news today. I wish you forever happiness and that your new chapter [in life] will be more beautiful!” Aimee and Moses’ TVB colleagues and friends, Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣), Liza Wang (汪明荃), Ada Choi (蔡少芬), Sonija Kwok (郭羡妮), and Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震) sent their congratulations to the newlyweds as well. Moses replied, “I’m very happy. I’ll say more when I return to Hong Kong. Thanks everyone for your blessings!” Creds: Apple Daily, ihktv
