Hi, I'm currently training on bodybuilding and of couse there'd be a lot of time spent on it, as well as motivation. I was wondering who else are into bodybuilding or working out right now? Because motivation for working out does a big part. My goal is trying to be big but cut, not just bulky. I've set a one year goal for myself to be very lean and cut. What's your goal? Remember, no pain, no gain.
why stop? someone can workout for a month non stop but take a month off, all the hardwork will be in vain. Summer time is the best time to sweat and workout, winter time people get lazy.
yes, however.... it's hard to find one that will meet your schedule sometimes. for example, I have 3 other people that goes to the gym with me. 1 of them is lazy as hell. goes to the gym once a week. the other one goes at random times. I can't keep up with that since I'm not always available for workout. the other one, well.. goes to there a lot but has no endurance and after workout for 5 minutes, he wants to leave. So, after all that happened for a week, I've decided to workout on my own and if they are there. It's cool, if not, you'll have to find other motivations. Good thing is that if you go to the gym, ask the trainers for pointers. they sorta know what they are doing sometimes. =P
^^ you are influenced by the gore stories from bbrain lol... when i see people working out in the gym and they have really good results that's more than enough to motivate me...
