2 ways u can go about it 1 is when u have a video to audio convertor such as xilisoft video to audio convertor then using a separate program to trim off unwanted parts 2 is a program that allows u to record sounds played from ur PC i.e what sounds comes out of ur PC speakers (no Microphone is needed). I have a Creative Media Player Program that allows me to do this that came with my sound card. i think nero media player also allows u to do this but im not sure i only used it once and vaguely remember its functions .... free from www.nero.com .... Other than Nero or Creative im not sure what other Media Players allows u to do this. these 2 ways produce the most decent quality rips or u culd go the low quality way and use a microphone from ur pc or webcam to record or a dictaphone
