is there something wrong with episode 17? the file is about half the size of the other files. ep 17 is 145mb while the others are around 270mb.
I haven't actually watched the episode, but looking through the file, it seems like whoever records the show only caught the last half of it. So yes, it's only 19 minutes long and missing the first half.
Episode 20, there is a portion that is another show. Episdoe 21, another show, not mulan episode 22, is actually 21 episode 23, is actually 22 Episode 23 missing
