OMG its probably some fake ass company trying to jack peoples money >< i wouldnt pay the fine if they asked me to cos a) i dont believe the will take me to court b) i dont have the money ><
But I still wonder what they are doing with the money they get? Don't see them giving them back to the artists. So where is the money going. BTW piracy of music is all result of the music industry itself. They keep the price too high.
Agrees... now, how much does iTunes charge for a song? Not even a buck, we should sue them back for selling a product over the manufactuer's retail price.
its not really about how much money they make in the cases, its to scare people not to do it, so they dont loose money in the first places
RIAA and MPAA suck... they sue a lot of people for money and other then that... they say screw you !lol
I'm doing a debate on this at school, so happy that its legal to download in Canada, for personal use only though. Then again, who the hell sells music they download off of the internet anymore..?
On the other hand, it's kind of retarded for those kids to share "illegal" music on the college network, beggin to be busted...
the girl in the pic looks happy... she must not be a college student.. i bet she works for the RIAA. prolly thinking "fuck yes, these college kids are gonna get boned hard and all their cash will flow right into my pocket."
