I recently upgraded from Vista to Windows 7.
I got a blue screen error.
The blue screen error happens when it loads to the desktop screen.
It says something about my newly installed hardware.
I think it's talking about my micro SD card. When I removed the card, there is no blue screen.

I love you if you help me. -hug

  2. maybe u have to update ur SD card driver?

Can you teach me how? Thanks.

  4. Er can u find out what the SD card reader is called?

Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Device Manager

Once u get the name u can start by googling for the latest drivers -mellow

    I think I got it.
    Update Driver Software - F:\
    Hope this works.
I haven't seen the blue screen so far.

  7. Is your OS Ultimate? I dont think Windows 7 Home Premium has that.

    EDIT:

I think it means Keyboards and Languages?

  8. i can't even read that words in that screenshot >_______>

all i know is... those instructions are for either Vista or XP and not Windows 7

I didn't get the blue screen, but when I was about to turn off my computer, it is frozen at the screen that says "log off".
This happened earlier today. I just left my computer and went out for lunch. When I came back, it was still frozen on the log off screen.

  12. would it be possible for you to just reinstall windows?

    or remove the card reader

  14. the memory cards probably corrupt. but then whys their login screen freezing?

  15. I think u should just do a fresh install of windows =/.

Let windows update get all the latest stuff for you.

  16. In windows 7 you won't get that fast a BSOD. And if you have one, you have serious Hardware damage.
what kind of windows oyu have? Torrent?
