So a couple of days ago, i went to the dentist's and got 8 teeth pulled out....4 teeth, and 4 wisdom teeeth...it hurts so much right now, its all swelled up...and ughh...does any1 know how long it takes for the swelling at bruising to go away? or how long it takes my the stitches to melt?? i cant eat anything solid right now either cuz i cant really bite..so i've been eating congee and chicken noodle soup for a few days now...>.<
I just got my braces tightened and they added elastics...:( I'd say it would last a week or two. Take some Tylenol to help with the pain. Nothing really much you can do.
^ ya same day...but he put me to sleep...so the pulling process wasnt that bad.....it was what was after...lol
Wow 8 teeth in one day! Thats nuts but i think taking some pain killers should stop the pain a bit or at least make it better. All you can do is wait it out till it gets better or you could ask the dentist about anything that would help with the swelling. Sorry for what happened though. Makes me think about the wisdom teeth i have -cry2
hhaha, my actually mouth doesnt really hurt that much...its just the bruising and swelling up that killin me...i just wanna eat solid food again!!!XD
^ i had 4 teeth pulled out in one go back in the days for my braces, and it did hurt like a bitch, but i was given painkillers that melt in your mouth so its prob the wisdom teeth being pulled thats causing the swelling/bruising, i reckon itd take a week for it to go down and a few weeks before you can exist on solids exclusively, but then im no dentist/doctor! get an ice pack and ibuprofen
^i think something went wrong cause of his anaesthetic and since your past that you should be fine all you gotta worry about is gangrene in your mouth!! jk jk -lol u just need time to recover, go bed (unless its like day where you live? in that case you can still sleep!)
usually when i have vicious tooth aches and stuff like that i put salt on it, it would cause more pain at first but would even numb it and go away, dunno if it would work in your situation though lols.

Are you sure pulling out 8 in one day is ok ma dentist said they are not allowed to pull out too much a day so they could only pull out 4 first when ma bro was getting braces...Have you tried ice cream i think it works brilliant thats what i bought for ma bro after that...Try ice cream..-flow

dude .. u might want to go back and check if it's still hurting. u don't want to end up having to do ... what's that procedure call? root canal?
