Well, i didn't know i was going to get the job but, i know i had to go a certin school to get a job. So i went there but, i was told that it moved somewhere. i had no idea or what the neighborhood was like even though i went there 2x. So i ask a girl if i could follow her there but, we got lost and spent a hour finding it. When we went inside the school, i REALLY stood out because, you know why? i was the only chinese girl out of the 600 black people (i'm not racist) that was there was (except for maybe 15 hispanic). And, everyone was like, "what the hell are you doing here?". But, i waited 3 hours and, had a hard time picking out a job since i lived on the other side of that place but, they gave somewhere farther to work and, told me i have to go there now. I got lost even though i was walking with 2 people but, i think they ditch after, i told them to wait for the light to walk (because if i didn't wait, i would mostly likely be hit by a car or, a truck(highway)). I found the place after another 20 minutes of walking. And, that whole thing was not even the sad compare to the fact that i was freakin' wearing a high heel flip flop the whole day (thought it wouldn't require much walking)and, i had to work with kids that were staring at me 24/7 because i'm the only chinese girl/person again. Sorry if i bother the minutes of your life hearing me complain when, many others are suffocating worse than i am.
hmm.. wat is worse? difficult working environment or low pay? im getting intern pay of 30 sing dollars/ day... -cry2
mmm...mayb ya should of checked online or somethin 1st, before makin ur next approach... stupid me, i think i effed up the cover letter to go with my resume, n its bin like 2 weeks; or nearly 2 weeks, since ive handed them all out in Central London...><"
It's a daycare center kinda thing but, it's ultra small (meaning room). And, today was my second day working. It's kinda dirty for the kids and, there is millions of insects EVERYWHERE (even in the park that we had to go take the kids). I SWEAR to god, that if you clap your hand in the air, you'll see 5 bugs dead on it(i have pat myself 24/7 thinking theres bugs on me T.T). AND, i think i got a rash. Oh, the funny thing was that, this girl ask me do i eat chinese food ?(i was like T.T). (just to tell you it's a SYEP=Summer Youth Employment Program).
